* Made flower arrangements under the name of Delhi Chapter in Sakura at Nikko Hotel on a twice a week basis in 2003-4.

* Wrote articles introducing the Japanese art of Ikebana in Home Gardener, Grihshobha and other magazines.

* Gave interviews in mostly Hindi newspapers introducing Ikebana, and for television channels like ETv and Doordarshan.

* Have continuously taught the art of Ikebana since 1990. Over the last 30 years, many students qualified Ikebana Teachers themselves, and some of them are reaching 2nd and 1st Masters level as well.

* During my tenure as an Ikebana teacher, have spread this art to many Indian students. I have also had the good fortune to teach American, Italian and Japanese students too.

* After 48 years as a student of Ikebana, I am still keen to learn more. Am continuing my studies under the tutelage of my Sensei Noriko Kobayashi.
